Are you tired of watching the same relationship patterns repeat themselves in your life? Do you seek the love, happiness and success which seemingly comes so easily to others? Are you ready to stop being a spectator, uncover what's been holding you back and discover the power that's been within you the entire time? Then this retreat is for you! Learn the tools needed to break out of role you've been playing and step into living your best life.
Empowerment and love belong to everyone...let's change your narrative!
Learn how to take your power back from your story by writing it yourself. Award-winning essayist Jami Carder and "Soul Writer" Shawna Rae will help you discover ways to express what's been holding you back so you can move forward with the story YOU choose. We are NOT the things that have happened to us.
Using journaling, Soul Writing and writing with intent, let's flip the script on our past traumas and experiences and write a plot-twist ending worth living!
Led by Jami Carder, BSN RN, a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach, this workshop guides you through discovering your Attachment Style: your mannerisms of attaching to and interacting with others. You'll discover how your childhood experiences shaped your relationships as an adult and learn how to build security while connecting with others. This concept is a game-changer for changing relationship patterns and learning how to live insanely satisfying lives!
Led by Erica Sonnabend, Grief Recovery Specialist, this workshop guides you through recognizing and validating the emotions caused by impactful experiences in your life. Learn to honor and release the emotions which have kept you from moving towards your goals.
Empowerment and contentment begin with emotional healing. We all have something to heal, whether we know exactly what it is or not. We begin to achieve our life goals when we learn to provide ourselves with the same love we seek. These workshops are beginner level and designed to introduce you to the concept of quieting your mind and nurturing your body.
Listen to the inspiring stories of those who decided to step outside of the role they'd been assigned, reclaimed their lives and started writing the endings which belonged to them. These are everyday women...you can do this, too! Join our tribe and make like-minded connections to last a lifetime.
